Elizabeth M.C. Hillman

Elizabeth M C Hillman holds a BSc and MSc in Physics (1998) and a PhD in Medical Physics and Bioengineering (2002) from University College London, London, UK. Hillman is currently a Professor of Biomedical Engineering and Radiology at Columbia University, USA, and a member of the Zuckerman Mind Brain Behavior Institute and Kavli Institute for Brain Science. She is a Fellow of Optica, SPIE, and AIMBE. She received the 2011 Adolph Lomb Medal "for pioneering developments in biomedical optics, including laminar optical tomography and dynamic contrast enhanced molecular imaging.”
