What forms of payment does Optica accept?
- Check or Money Order or Bank Draft - All checks must be payable in US dollars and be drawn on a US bank and made payable to Optica. To ensure proper credit, please return a copy of your invoice/registration form with your payment.
- Credit Card - OSA accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club and Discover cards. Complete all the information at the bottom of the invoice/registration form, sign and date, and fax to +1 202.416.1450, email as a PDF to accrec@optica.org, or call +1 800.766.4672 or +1 202.416.1907 to place the payment with a customer service associate.

The wire transfer should include the remitter’s name or member’s name, invoice number, and/or a description of where to apply the payment.
For example: Event Name, Member’s Name, Subscription, Invoice Number, etc. Fax any support documents to Fariba Daneshvaran, Optica, fax number +1 202.416.1450. Please include any bank fees associated with your wire transfer as your bank may deduct their fees from the total sent to us. The remitter is responsible for these fees.
