About the Speaker
ALLOS’ technologies enable micro LED production in 200 and 300 mm fabs. That way the required yield and cost levels can be achieved. The patented and proprietary GaN-on-Si epiwafer technologies are applied all the way from early-stage development projects to production for customers in the semiconductor, display and other industries. Alexander is a co-founder and CMO of ALLOS.
