The Optica Women Scholars Conference will take place in conjuction with CLEO at the Charlotte Convention Center, Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. 

Expenses

Attendees are required to pay a $100 conference fee. This fee will cover:

• Full day of progrmaming introducing attendees to research and career opportunities in optics
• Airfare to/from the conference (or appropriate travel options for locals)
• Lodging with check-in of 4 May and check-out of 8 May
• Registration for CLEO

Limited opportunities for grant funding to offset this conference fee are available through the standard application process.
