Welcome to the Speaker Resources Center.  Here you will find information on important deadlines, presentation recording and formatting, upload instructions, presider guidelines and other items that you will need to read before attending this event.  Meeting specific information such as poster set-up and tear-down times can be found at the bottom of this page. 

A specific approach is employed at the Optica OIC — Optical Interference Coatings Conference, enabling a single linear paper session rather than parallel sessions. Contributed papers are introduced by their authors with a five-minute oral presentation. After the oral session, each contributed paper is assigned a dedicated time at a poster session to provide a more in-depth explanation of the paper and encourage discussion. The listing of posters sessions are below.

If your Final ID begins with MB or MC, the MBC Posters Session I is Monday, 11:00-12:00 MST
If your Final ID begins with MD or ME, the MDE Posters Session II is Monday, 16:15-17:30 MST 
If your Final ID begins with TA or TB, the TAB Posters Session III is Tuesday, 11:00-12:00 MST
If your Final ID begins with TC or TD, the TCD Posters Session IV is Tuesday, 15:35-16:05 MST
If your Final ID begins with WA or WC, the WAC Posters Session V is Wednesday, 11:00-12:00 MST
If your Final ID begins with WD or WE, the WDE Posters Session VI is Wednesday, 16:15-17:30 MST 
If your Final ID begins with ThA or ThB, the ThAB Posters Session VII is Thursday, 11:00-12:00 MST
If your Final ID begins with ThC, ThD or ThE, the ThCDE Posters Session VIII is Thursday, 17:45-18:45 MST
If your Final ID begins with FA, FB or FC, the FABC Posters Session IX is Friday, 11:30-12:30 MST

Onsite Setup and Tear-Down Times

Poster Sizes

All poster presenters will be supplied with a bulletin board that is 4-feet high x 8-foot wide (122 cm x 244 cm) and pins.
