Registration for BICOP 2024 is now open. Click here to register.  Early Bird Deadline is 22 November 2024. 

The registration fee includes access to all sessions and breaks, lunch on Thursday and Friday, and receptions.

Important Information

VAT will be charged: Eligible UK residents will receive a VAT refund. Optica’s UK VAT number is GB422527615.

Refund Policy for Registration

A GBP 50 service charge plus 20% VAT will be assessed for processing refunds. A letter requesting the refund should state the registrant's name and the amount of payment and should be emailed to BICOP@optica.org by 2 December 2024. All refund requests must be made in writing.
