Exhibitors & Sponsorships

A two-and-a-half-day tabletop exhibition will be held alongside BICOP 2025. The exhibition is an excellent opportunity for you to meet with conference participants, discuss your latest developments and techniques, and promote your products and services. The exhibition will be an integral part of the event program and delegate experience, and time will be allocated for exhibitors to meet and interact with attendees as well as other exhibitors.

All exhibition packages include:

• Exhibit over the full 2.5 days of the conference.
• 1 (one) table and 1 (one) chair.
• Full complimentary conference registration worth + £400 for Tuesday 16 (PM only), Wednesday 17, and Thursday 18, which includes access to all sessions and social/networking events.
• Content on the conference website: Sponsor logo and 150-word (max) company profile.
