Travel & Fees

Registration

Registration is $650 USD and includes a round trip flight, all meals and accommodations from 7 March - 9 March. 

Flight

Your registration includes a round trip flight to Washington, D.C. from your home location. Optica Foundation staff will provide each registrant with the Optica Travel Agency contact once they have registered to attend and have confirmed any VISA(s) necessary for travel. This does not include taxis/buses, unless you are local to where the conference is occurring. If you have any questions please contact staff. We use a "lowest logical fare" to ensure the best flight at the best cost.

Hotel

Level Up Leadership will take place at Optica Global Headquarters. All attendees will be staying at the Generator Hotel with an arrival on 7 March and a departure on 10 March already included in your registration fee. Each attendee will be paired with another and share a room throughout the program. The Generator Hotel is a mere 10 minute walk to Optica HQ through the Dupont Circle neighborhood.

Parking

The Generator Hotel has parking available on site should you drive to attend Level Up.
