Our Approach
We believe training should be stimulating, interactive, and relevant.
We know there isn’t one right way to do anything, and we consider that each person will have a different perspective and unique strengths and weaknesses. This means that we help our delegates to find outcomes that are specific to them, achievable, and completely in tune with the personal style of the individual.
Key principles underpinning our work:
- Keeping an open mind
- Actively listening to comprehend, always remaining curious
- Looking out for non-verbal signals, with an awareness of cultural differences
- Being armed with knowledge and insight about those you wish to engage with
- Maintaining a personal and warm touch, with professionalism
- Working with evidence rather than assumptions
- Keeping messaging simple, accurate, and impactful
- Tailoring the message to the audience’s values and motivations
- Two trainer models, two voices, two perspectives, and a wide range of experience
- ... More than just training
Our methodology
We combine models from neuroscience, coaching, and psychologY.
...Plus, feedback from facilitators, discussion, and reflection with practical ‘hands-on’ exercises and action planning.
Online Zoom delivery includes the use of breakout rooms for pair work and small and large group discussions, comments/questions via the Chat function, interactive whiteboards, PowerPoint slides, Forum Theatre, and participant practice.
We know that participants learn best when they are enjoying themselves and stimulated by a wide variety of approaches.
This is built into the design of a programme, but our inclusive, responsive training style ensures we can be flexible to the needs of participants at any given moment.

not more followers.”
