About the Speaker
When I founded asphericon, I was never satisfied with the status quo. Together with my team, I want to create new standards in photonics and make new technologies marketable. What drives me? Pushing and expanding the boundaries of what is possible, constant development and curiosity about the unknown.
asphericon is the pioneer in the extensive digitalization of all in-house manufacturing processes in photonics. Our worldwide unique software architecture for manufacturing management of optical systems has revolutionized the industry. My ambition is to offer our customers the complete value chain: from optical design, to optical components, to complete optical systems.
For 20 years I have had the great fortune to accompany, to shape asphericon as its managing director. Every day new tasks are waiting and in the end it is not technical achievements that count, but satisfied customers. By setting high expectations for ourselves and for our products and services, we set the bar high. Every day anew, consciously.
