About the Speaker
Ashley Sapone is the Senior Manager of Americas Talent Acquisition & Global Campus Programs at MKS Instruments, a company that provides essential technology solutions for advanced semiconductor manufacturing, electronics, packaging, and specialized industrial applications. She earned both her BS and MBA from Slippery Rock University. Before joining MKS Instruments, Ashley gained experience in the banking and healthcare sectors, focusing on talent acquisition, particularly in technical recruiting and sourcing, university recruitment, campus program design and management, and project management. She is passionate about helping students and early career professionals find their ideal roles.
