The Immersion Program will take place in conjuction with Optica's annual meeting Frontiers in Optics at the Colorado Convention Center, Denver, USA.

Expense

Attendees are required to pay a $100 conference fee. This fee will cover:

• Full day of progrmaming introducing attendees to research and career opportunities in optics
• Airfare to/from the conference (or appropriate travel options for locals)
• Lodging with check in of 21 September and check out of 24 September
• Registration for Frontiers in Optics, Optica's annual, technical conference

Limited opportunities for grant funding to offset this conference fee are available through the standard application process.

Timeline

• 02 January:  application opens
• 02 March:  application closes
• 1 June:  accepted students notified 
• 01 August:  final day to book travel

• If accepted to attend, Optica staff will pair you with our travel agency to book your travel.
