About the Speaker
Andreas Beutler studied physics at the Universities of Bremen and Hamburg, Germany. He wrote his doctoral thesis on surface physics at Lunds University / MAXlab, Sweden, working with synchrotron radiation. Since 1999 he develops measuring instruments and researches at Mahr GmbH, Göttingen, Germany. He is responsible for advanced technology developments and research projects. His emphasis is on profilometry, optical sensors and metrology for optics production.
