Denver Museum of Nature & Science

Downtown Aquarium

Molly Brown Museum
See an enduring symbol of the turn of the 20th century in Denver. Denver Art Museum

Denver Botanic Gardens
At York Street, in cooperation with the City and County of Denver, the botanic gardens present a wide range of gardens and collections on 24 acres. The gardens reflect an ever-widening diversity of plants from all corners of the world.
National Ballpark Museum
The museum is the culmination of founder, president, and curator Bruce “B” Hellerstein’s lifelong love of baseball. The museum prides itself in one-of-a-kind treasures, including those from the original 14 classic ballparks.
Outdoor Activities
Skyline Park
On the corner of 16th and Arapahoe streets, the park offers an easy getaway for the more than 120,000 people who spend their workday in downtown Denver. Skyline Park is a fun place to spend a little time, especially during the summer, when visitors to the Skyline Beer Garden can enjoy many "brews" on draft, street food, a family-friendly game area and live music on Friday and Saturday nights.
City Park
A 320-acre gem with five formal gardens, loads of beautiful trees, a lake, the Denver Zoo and the Denver Museum. Stroll up to 2.5 miles or head to the 3.5-mile Confluence Park loop trail that skirts along water most of the way. (The South Platte River and Cherry Creek converge here.) This downtown trail starts and ends near Denver’s flagship REI store and goes by landmarks such as Elitch Gardens Theme & Water Park and Empower Field at Mile High.
Colorado Rockies
Denver's beloved Major League Baseball team plays home games in the heart of downtown Denver at Coors Field, which offers the nostalgic feel of a classic ballpark mixed with state-of-the-art technology. The season runs from April to September. See the team's schedule here.

Downtown Denver and the surrounding neighborhoods offer abundant retail experiences, making Denver the Rocky Mountain West shopping capital.
