Gregory W. Forbes

Gregory W Forbes earned his PhD from the Australian National University. Forbes was a Fulbright Fellow at the Optical Sciences Center in 1984, a tenured faculty member of The Institute of Optics from 1985-1994, and a Research Professor in Physics at Macquarie University from 1994-2000. In 2000, he joined QED as a senior scientist. Forbes remained there until 2015 when he returned to Macquarie University and became Director of Scisense Consulting Pty Ltd. He is an Optica Fellow and was awarded the David Richardson Medal in 2012.
