What do you think people will learn from your talk as a take-home lesson?
Recent period of the “Age of Photonics” has seen a remarkable shift of features formerly realized on module if not system level now as task to the component layer. But is it fair?
 
What do you spend most of your time doing?
At Eagleyard I’m responsible for sales and the management of the existing portfolio.
 
Where would you like to see your research in 5 years?
Oh, I expect to see a lot exciting things of the company’s roadmap to enter the market.
 
Which companies should be interested in your research and why?
With our laser diode competence and know-how we bridge the gap between research and industry as we understand both worlds and link them together.
 
Is there a single word or phrase that would describe you?
Loyalty.
 
What motivates you to do what you do?
I’m rather simple-minded: I love to listen and contributing to solutions. The more photons the better.
 
Where does your passion come from?
At Eagleyard we’ve built-up a team it’s an honour and makes incredible fun to work with. For more than 15 years now.
 
What do you think makes AIO meeting a remarkable meeting? Why do you think AIO is a useful meeting to attend?
