I am delighted to have a chance to pay tribute to Dr. Mantashyan. She's a role model to me, both professionally and personally. She is a group head every young researcher like me can dream of. She promotes diversity and inclusion in the group, supports her group members, and is a wonderful inspiration. I'm forever grateful to have her by my side. I wish her prosperity in her work.
