Caroline is kind, responsible and pleasant to work with. It has been a privilege and pleasure collaborating with her. She is a pioneer in many ways. She is not only a fabulous scientist, but also a great entrepreneur and teacher. She is an amazing role model for me and many other young female physicists and engineers who want to "have it all"!
