It’s a great honor for me to honor my PhD advisor Prof. Roger Stolen who is instrumental in making me what I am today. He has inspired and encouraged me during difficult time when I needed words of encouragement. He is not only a pioneer in nonlinear fiber optics, but also one of the greatest human being I have ever known. The knowledge he has imparted to me has been a great asset throughout my career. I really appreciate and value everything I learned from him. Thanks for all the support.
