About the Speaker
Dr. Rang-Chen Yu is currently Vice President of Marketing for InnoLight Technology, a global leader for providing optical connectivity solutions for AI/data center applications.
Prior to join InnoLight, he was Sr. VP for SiFotonics, an industry pioneer in development and commercialization of silicon photonics technologies. He served as Vice President and General Manager for Oplink Communications (acquired by Molex), developed silicon photonics for high volume data center applications. He had also served executive and senior management positions for several photonics technology companies such as Source Photonics, Agility Communications (acquired by JDSU) and SDL (acquired by JDSU). Dr. Yu earned his Ph D. in Solid State Physics at U. Penn, and B. S. in Physics at Peking University.
