Exhibitor Service Manual
The Exhibitor Service Manual provides you with quick access to the deadline dates, forms and resources designed to assist you with planning a successful event.
Exhibitor Registration
Each exhibiting company receives:
- One (1) complimentary Exhibitor Full Congress (EXT) registration
- Two (2) complimentary Booth Staff (EXP) registrations
Additional Exhibitor Full Congress Upgrade (EXU) registrations are available for purchase. Click the button below for the registration form. Submit your registrations to ExhibitorReg@optica.org.

Warning of Potential Poachers/Scammers
Optica Show Management does not release its exhibitor contact list to anyone except official show vendors. If you are contacted by any vendors, always ask them to send you details in writing. If you are contacted by a non-official vendor, or are unsure, please provide us with the details regarding these calls or emails. We will follow up aggressively with them. This includes outside companies offering hotel rooms, listings in show directories, lists of attendees/contacts, as well as more standard items for your booth such as A/V or internet.
An Important Notice About Housing Scams
Phone, fax or email communications from any other company or organization offering cut-rate housing for an Optica Event or stating that they are a viable alternative to going through the official housing bureau are not affiliated with the meeting in any manner.
Please beware of a common phishing scam associated with DocuSign. An Optica team member will never ask you to input your credit card credentials to a website.
While it is not illegal for a travel firm or booking agent to solicit potential customers, it can be difficult to determine the legitimacy of offers from these organizations. Those who opt for alternatives to the official negotiated rates may find themselves at risk. Other groups report that after paying these types of companies, no room was reserved and their credit card was fraudulently charged.
For these reasons, and to support our efforts to give you a quality event, we highly recommend that you do not make any reservations through any unknown housing or travel company. Again, Optica has no affiliation with these room brokers.
