Martin M. Fejer

Martin M Fejer graduated from Cornell University with a BA in Physics, and from Stanford University in 1986 with a PhD in Applied Physics. He joined the Applied Physics faculty there that same year, and since 2000 has been a full Professor of Applied Physics. He is a Fellow of OSA and IEEE and a member of the National Academy of Sciences. In 1998, he received OSA’s R. W. Wood Prize “for seminal contributions to quasi-phase matching and its application to nonlinear optics.”
