Guenter Huber
Guenter Huber received his Ph.D. degree in physics from the University of Stuttgart, Germany in 1975. He has held positions at the Max Planck Institute and the Institute of Applied Physics at the University of Hamburg. Since 1982, he has been Professor of Applied Physics at Hamburg University. He is a Fellow of OSA, and has received the Quantum Electronics and Optics Prize from the European Optical Society, and OSA’s Charles Hard Townes Award.
