Chungte W. Chen

Chungte W Chen is a Senior Staff Design Engineer at the Northrop Grumman Space Technology Information Center. He is a Fellow of OSA, and received the 2004 David Richardson Medal “for remarkable achievements in applying diffractive optical elements to the design of classical and conformal optical systems to obtain wide fields of view along with excellent aberration correction.”
